The Heart behind Grace & Co
My journey into senior companionship did not begin as a business. It began with a deeply personal experience of understanding what it truly means to be there for someone.
For many years, I supported my mother through her journey with bipolar disorder. Walking alongside her through different phases of health and emotion taught me patience, calmness, and the importance of reassurance, dignity, and presence. I learned that care is not just about completing tasks; it is about trust, empathy, and emotional safety.
This experience shaped the way I see caregiving not simply as a service, but as a responsibility rooted in compassion.
Along the way, I also began noticing something around me. Many families were living far from their ageing parents, carrying a quiet worry about their well-being. At the same time, many seniors wished to remain independent, often hesitant to ask for help. This made me realise that what was missing was not just assistance, but a trustworthy presence that feels like family.
This realisation led to the creation of Grace & Co.
As a Certified Elderly Caretaker, I founded Grace & Co. to bridge the emotional and practical gap between seniors and their families. Whether it is accompanying someone to a medical appointment, helping manage daily life, or simply sharing meaningful conversation, our work is guided by respect, patience, and genuine care.
Every senior we support represents a lifetime of stories and love given to others. They deserve dignity, attention, and kindness in return.
At Grace & Co., our promise is simple:
When you cannot be there, we will care like you would.
